Group Fitness Classes

RPM

RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you discover your athlete within. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.

Going for Gold (school term time only) 

Aerobics based exercise routines with weights and abdominal components. Ideal for those wanting to 'get active' in a fun environment.

MAWA (school term time only)

Is a circuit based class using machine weights. The session lets you work at your own pace.

Kinetic Balance (school term time only)

Kinetic Balance is a low to moderate intensity class that caters to the needs of our mature clients. The class will focus on the fitness areas of balance, mobility, flexibility and strength.
