RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you discover your athlete within. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.
Aerobics based exercise routines with weights and abdominal components. Ideal for those wanting to 'get active' in a fun environment.
Is a circuit based class using machine weights. The session lets you work at your own pace.
30 minutes of circuit training to sculpt and tone the whole body followed by 30 minutes of indoor cycling to burn more calories.
