Stadium 2000 will be undertaking a one-off urgent arena roof repair on the arena roof this Friday morning (17 April 2026).
These works are required following recent weather, as part of ensuring the roof remains weathertight and to protect the stadium floor and playing surface.
What to expect:

A small team of contractors onsite

Scissor lifters operating in the front carpark (this area will be cordoned off)

Work taking place on the arena roof above the courts

All activities inside the arena will continue as normal
The works are expected to be completed within the day.
Thank you for your understanding while we carry out this important maintenance to keep the facility safe and operational for all users.

Members only gym access 5am - 10pm daily via the emergency exit stairs. Casual gym visits are available during aquatic centre opening hours. Lift access is available during aquatic opening hours. Pool users are cleared from the pools 15 minutes before closing time to get changed.
