The role for a swim instructor is to provide a quality aquatic education to a variety of ages, through a range of levels. You will be able to provide a safe and happy environment that challenges participants.
Some of the desired attributes for the role include ability to work hard, background knowledge of water safety and swimming, follow a programme to ensure quality delivery, good problem solving, enjoys working with children and seeing results.

Lifeguard

We are looking for casual and part time lifeguards to join the team helping to provide a safe and fun place for our swimmers. It will be ideal if you are already qualified as a lifeguard, or have worked poolside, but we will train anyone suitable in first aid and to achieve the national pool lifeguard qualification.
You will need to be honest, reliable, hard-working, a competent swimmer and great with customer service. Our extended opening hours mean we need people to work early and late shifts during the week and during weekends. If you can remain calm under pressure, respond quickly when someone needs your help, you are prepared to get wet, and you’re happy to work in a noisy space where the public are having fun.
